Why did you leave your old job?

Tell us a little about your self...literally that was it. We discussed briefly the weather and the facility itself but there were no technical questions asked of me. They did ghost me after the interview...no offer and no denial. I contacted human resources and left a voice mail and email with no response. When an employer does this it's very unprofessional. Your time to come in for an interview deserves a response at the very least.
