I received a case where: I (the employee) was asked to take on three additional tasks that day. The case also contains a plan for the work that was already planed for the day, which corresponds to about a full day's work. The question was how I would handle the three additional tasks. What would I bump in the existing plan or would I decline or pass on any of the tasks. I was given 15 minutes of time to think about this and have a new plan ready.
