How are you different from another chemist that can be hired?
There was not much difficulty in the technical questions asked and the hiring manager did not probe much about previous working experience.
What was the most challenging task that you have faced and how did you tackle it?
What are the GMP guidelines?
How long will you work for our company
All chemistry you learn in honors chemistry. My friend and I took it in 2009 and the test was pretty hard, but friend we saw take it afterwards had a much easier version that was mostly just converting units and making reagents. Make 5L of a reagent with x molarity. The only questions were just MxL=MxL. If you got an A in chemistry it will be easy as hell, if you didn't get an A you really shouldn't be applying to a pharmaceutical lab as a chemist.
