The process was mostly discussion on case studies. Role specific experience and business cases. Business objectives and how would it be accomplished by the role.
They asked a very situational and specific question about the design of a system for customers. They asked me to review the case and then whiteboard a solution and walk through the various details of it with them. The various members of the panel, primarily based on their areas of ownership, then asked me to elaborate on different aspects of the solution.
