That's the tricky thing. In both interviews I had, neither the recruiter or the hiring manager asked me more than one or two standard interview questions - most of it was idle chit chat about how I'm already familiar with the pace of ZoomInfo, asking me about other employees I was on a team with that were let go during the layoff palooza in tech, etc.
