I wasn't asked any question but was invited to give suggestions for the improvement of the blog

Depending on position for which you apply, it can be something very technical or even trick question

I have to say I don't recall. The process was very informal because Dave and I had known each other for a number of years before I joined Everware-CBDI. Likely it had to do with what I thought my compensation should be.

There was no difficult question

I was asked how would I be able to trained my daughter if she is accepted to the program.

Usually things like explain a time where you have negatively impacted on your team .. Usually throws candidates .. Because they don't want to admit that they ever have.. But if you acknowledge you have and the way you rectified it and learned from it you will get major brownie points!
