Phone interview, they are looking for detailed examples of the scenario questions they ask. Like tell me about a time you had to take leadership over a situation.

Just use the STAR format! Mainly typical "Name a time..." questions. The phone screening took about 20 mins which was great! The interview with the hiring manager was more relaxed.
In general about my computer experience as well as work experience and if I was comfortable on the computer, especially using short cuts.
