I found the video interview off putting. It took a long time 30 minutes and it felt very awkward recording responses on video and getting no feedback while doing this. There was absolutely no phone contact so I had spoken to no one before arriving for the interview.
Pretty typical interview questions although some were worded oddly (ex: tell us about a narcissistic boss you had).
Tell me about a time when you had to difuse a difficult situation:
When did you not do something not quite up to par with what your superiors expected at work?
Tell about a time that you personally had to go above and beyond to meet a clients needs...
Can you commit to 16 weeks training no exceptions atarting in March
Lots of "give me an example of a time where you handled this situation" questions.
What would you do with an unethical client
Are you comfortable with and office setting and no phone interaction?
why do you feel that you would be the best candidate for this position?
