"Tell us about a time when..." came up pretty frequently, lots of previous example questions. How organized are you, how do you organize yourself, tell us a time when you handled a difficult client, tell us a time when you went above and beyond customer expectations etc.

Long questions and trick questions because the team leaders too suspicious of candidates that do well in first stages and possibly wouldn't be good to work for if always have trust issue

Questions were behavioural, to assess how you would respond to future situations. All questions required a specific example including details, and how the applicant responded. Generalizations were clarified during the process.
All questions were behavioral questions, ie: Describe a time you provided excellent customer server? Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and what you did?
