I had 4 interviews. Lots of questions. The process went as follows: 1. Non-formal first interview with the recruiter 2. Formal interview with the recruiter 3. Given tasks to complete within 1 hour (involved responding to and priotitizing 5 emails and proofing a proposal to deliver) and a personality test 4. Interview with 2 people from the Business Dev. team that the candidate would work with 5. Synthesis Interview with role play (they provided me material (1hr webinar) to learn aka 'synthesize' then use that information in an elevator role play scenario.
