They didn't give a traditional interview. They asked about my day to day, showed me around, and got a feel for me as a person.
How did you deal with a problem that occurred in your previous job?
I don't remember the exact questions asked but during the final round they ask questions based on the companies values. Examples: adaptability, teamwork, initiative. They want you to give examples of times you have exhibited those values in the past.
