What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Honestly the questions aren't particularly hard, just very spur of the moment (aka in the middle of you speaking/ answering another question). Two big ones are: What makes you get out of bed in the morning?, and what are you doing to develop yourself as a professional?

Why do you want to work at Rokt?
Overall the questions I received from EYC were straightforward and pertained to the position and ability to succeed. They were interested in how well I was able to use data to uncover insights. They were also curious to know what my background was in working with internal customers to train functional marketing managers on using data. EYC spends a lot of time telling you about them, which should be the norm but unfortunately isn't. Their recruiting team is very professional and does a great job handling applicants.
What brought you to apply for this position?
Case study based on a premier client. This can be completed async. Also, be able to traverse a 30-minute 3-person panel via a mock-demo for a QBR-type touchpoint.
