None terribly difficult. Questions and discussion centered around my background as it related to the demands of the position. I did notice that the interviewer tended to talk over me during the phone interview. The interviewer made several points of letting me know that she had not needed to interview for the Client Operations Manager position for four years (indicating low turnover I guess).
