All questions were common. Ex. How would you deal with a disgruntled co-worker or how would you deal with a client on the phone if their account wasn't doing too well. I answered that I would be honest with my customer.
How would you handle a difficult colleague? What are 4 words to describe you? Tell me about a time you made a mistake on a job.
They only questions proposed towards me was can I come into the office and what my feedback style was.
For me, no question was asked that I was not prepared for or could not answer as I already have 10+ year client relations experience. I felt the questions asked were very fair. One gentlemen advised me he asks the same questions of each person to ensure consistency and have a fair basis to go by before a further and more detailed interview.
