Not really anything difficult. A lot of behavorial questions. Answer everything in the S.T.A.R. method. (Situation, task, answer, action, response). They go nuts for STAR answers and prefer you to answer every single one like that.
Tell me about a time you faced a challenge and how did you overcome it?
A behavioral based question: What would you do if it's 5:00PM on a Friday, you're getting ready to leave for the a weekend trip with your friends, and a client calls requesting help with a very complicated issue that will surely cause you to miss your ride with your friends. How would you handle their issue?
The case included customer service scenarios where there may have been time sensitive issues involved. They wanted to see what you found to be most important in these situations and then the steps you would take to resolve these issues.
