I was not asked this question but my other two co-workers were asked. "How do you respond to being yelled at?" I am paraphrasing because that was not a question I remember being asked. I probably would have been even more skeptical about the position. I was given a scenario of what to do if a client called in with questions regarding a cc transaction that was not showing up in the deposit the next day.

The question I thought to be most difficult was: what do you want from our group (their section of the company). It was something I predicted but without really knowing what their group did and how everything really worked, I wasn't quite sure how to respond.
Mostly there were no difficult questions just your standard customer service questions
