I was asked if I preferred to work in teams or more individually. Also, after responding that I preferred a team setting, I was asked what was my best team quality. I was also asked what was important to me in my next job and why, and what my strongest skills were. I feel like Joe wanted to understand my background a bit before moving forward. I appreciated that.

How much and what kind of leadership experience did i have? What was my reason for leaving my previous position? Am I looking for a job, or a career?
