I was very interested in the training program even though I've had 10 years of sales experience. Every company's product and service is different and if you don't invest in your people that speaks volumes - they had a VERY detailed training program - that says a lot!
They really want to understand what drives you. What gets you out of bed each day. I can't remember how they asked the question but they clearly wanted to know, measure my persistence.
