It was a while ago. I remember it wasn't a typical interview. It was a few "meet this person" and "now meet that person" typical "fit" stuff. One thing that stands out was "would you have a problem with getting into a CMS and making edits, and doing QA, and..." The list seemed to go on and on. I thought to myself "how many people work here, why am I doing tech support and QA?? Then find out it's 20 (80 now)

The interviewer was looking for people who are naturally driven to work well with others. After a short run of questions focused on assessing people skills and inquiring about what 'teamwork' means to you, I was given a question that presented a standard day in the life of an employee, but with a twist: It was presented as very stressful and as too much for one person. After that situation was set-up, I was asked how I would approach the organization and handling of that type of circumstance.
I was asked to fill out a multipage "Topgrading" form that when completed was about 17 total pages. Questions ranged from descriptions of job experience, to how you handle difficult situations, intellectual competencies, learning styles, your college experience, etc etc.
