When was a time you were challenged? When was a time you had conflict with your coworker and how did you resolve it? What was the last thing you learnt that can help in this role? Why do you want to work for indeed?
The question I thought to be most difficult was: what do you want from our group (their section of the company). It was something I predicted but without really knowing what their group did and how everything really worked, I wasn't quite sure how to respond.
Mostly there were no difficult questions just your standard customer service questions
