What type of leadership skills do I contribute to a team?
The questions were rather standard. They simply asked about my prior experience, education and what are my expectations in relation to the role and career progression. They also asked the usual interview questions, eg. dealing with a problem when under pressure, potential conflicts, etc. I was then contacted about a week later, however I did not accepted the position, as I got a more suitable offer from a different company.
Can you tell me a time when you were challenged by a customer and how did you handle it?
Brett really wanted to know about me. He gave a brief overview of the company however most of the questions were about me, my career etc.
Mostly behavioural questions.
