Besides role play, I was also asked to create a client-facing presentation to showcase the value of the company’s products. The aim here was to show the hiring manager that I understood the product, but also to show that I can talk about value to the client from the client’s perspective, and avoid simply talking at the client with a sales pitch.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
They asked about my process for preparing for the stand and deliver presentation and what materials I used/researched. I was also asked about what hard customer situations I have been in and how I've handled them.
This position is listed as a “Client Success Manager” but we often don’t bring people in at that level. Would you be willing to accepted a “Client Success Consultant or Analyst” role?
