Ask me about tolerances and if i could read calipers to inspect a piece of lathe stock to see if it was within their set tolerance threshold.
There were no surprises during the interview, it was all just straight forward. If I was taken aback by anything, it was the fact that he was expecting to be ready to work the next day ( I was interviewed on a Wednesday).

very straight forward interview. you will be asked about your experience as well as your interests, prepare yourself. always talk in a positive manner even if you are underqualified i.e. "I may not have the experience you are seeking but I learn fast and this will give your company the opportunity to train me to perform specifically to your style without past experience influence interupting or stunting your efforts.
The order of insert replacement steps in a match up of a dozen or so steps. Time consuming as I was not sure how detailed they wanted me to be.
