The more difficult time came when she asked me to get familiar with what dresses were in the dress department and she would act as a customer and I was to attend to her. I walked around seeing what they had that I might recommend for various occassions and then proceded to ask her "Hi, is there something I can help you with?". Her reply was "no thanks", so I replied "Ok, please let me know if there's anything I can help you find" and steped to the side. I stood waiting for her to ask me about something and she didn't. She eventualy said "is that all" and I said I wasn't sure exactly what she was looking for.
