They asked me technical questions regarding my knowledge with numerous HVAC systems. An example was something along the lines of: Based on your current knowledge level of air handlers, walk us through the process of preparing an air handler unit for functional testing?"
Sell yourself...why are you the best candidate for this position? How do you think you compare to other candidates for this position?
Question about the inequalities a person would come across while delivering the role.
Do you own a laptop and have reliable transportation? Are you willing to spend a couple of hundred dollars up front and then however much more for whatever gas you use with absolutely NO guarantee of ever getting a penny in return? If so, You're hired.
(Not a question) but, SMILE and make eye contact with the interviewer. Don't be nervous at all because these people once started off from no where like you and I. :)
