What drives you?
Even if the role was focusing on Derivatives Sales, I received mostly logical/motivational questions in both the interviews. The most technical question that I had was something like 'Which aspect is critical for this class of derivatives?' and the answer was 'Storage costs', but the interview didn't touch subjects like BS/Binomial models/the greeks/pricing of Forwards/Futures/Options, etc.

First, Husqvarna asked me about my technical knowledge in materials.Then we discussed my career experience. In more detail, I went through several cost reduction projects that I had led and implemented in my past.
