90 % of the On-site interview questions were focused on Amazon Leadership principles. They expect you to organize your responses in STAR format. I did spend a good portion of time preparing for the behavioral interview so it was not difficult for me. On the technical side, there were questions on - TCO's (Total cost of ownership), How can suppliers manipulate information on TCO, What factors should be considered while selecting suppliers?, Should-costing model, Manufacturing processes and the costs associated with them, Supplier risk etc.
