Hiring Manager interview was very conversational, she eleborated on the role, the company and answered all my questions for both phone and in-person interviews. Meeting the team/directors the interview was conversational and included a couple of your standard behavioral questions. I met with two Directors at the same time and initially I was intimidated by the process but they were really great, down to earth gentlemen.

Mostly about yourself and how you fit in to their organsisation
How would you handle a conflict with another co-worker, say they felt strongly that something should be done one way and you felt strongly about doing it another way.
What were some of the challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Multiple scenario questions such as, what would you do if you had someone call in and said they were going to kill themselves. They had a gun and suicide note ready and were driving down the highway. How would you prevent them from doing so?
