If memory serves, it was: "Five years in the future, you're walking down the street and you run into a very good friend whom you haven't seen in a long time. You decide to get coffee to catch up. They ask you what you've been up to for the last five years - what do you tell them?

Director has to be able to help with change management and help leadership instill confidence and loyalty to the "new" company management and staff. So, questions had to do with style and approach - with emphasis on internal more than external comms including investor relations input.
