General questions about communications experience. No biblical questions or questions about religious background as it would pertain to position. Asked to describe a rewarding experience supervising employees. Asked to describe a communications challenge successfully met. Asked if I would have a problem communicating messages tailored to appeal to different audiences that might have conflicting viewpoints (conservative versus liberal Christian).
