The questions were all competency based (aside from a few HR ones related to notice period, holidays and salary expectations) and STAR method responses were expected. In the first stage, these were more generic competency based questions but in the second stage the questions were more role-specific. All answers, whilst being STAR responses, were also expected to be relatable to the role and job description which was shared ahead of the interview.
Basic questions throughout. Very easy.
