The interviewer did not asks about my current role, specific experience, or my resume. Instead, they asked about successful communications campaigns and education. It appeared they were looking for candidates coming from well known companies or sources.

You've been a freelancer doing a lot of different tasks for different clients? How will you do working for one employer working on less variety of tasks? Then: This job requires a wide variety of tasks. How will you do switching from freelancing where you do fewer tasks? (Getting these odd conflicting questions, I knew they had someone else in mind.)
