Several of the questions were based on how I interact with others, what my manner of bringing information to those who do not understand is, and if I have ever worked on a global scale before, as we work with member organizations from 116 different countries.

The conversation and questions revolved largely around my real world experience and my own particular professional highlights and low points. From my limited time at the offices during the interview and my interaction with the departmental head interviewing me, there is an importance placed on real world experience, problem solving and one's own vision for professional development. Seems like a great company to work for.
