How did you see yourself as a match to this job posting? What makes you an expert in project management or other public frameworks such as ITIL? One of the interviewers said I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to understand anything you had to say because your background is technical.

None, this was quite a joke of an interview in all aspects. The regional manager was so pre-involved with herself at the time that it was apparent that if I had a degree, a pulse and clean urine, the job was mine. All in all I left in quite humor as I realized that I could definitely teach this superior a few things about her business skills....or lack thereof.

owner stated that he 'usually only hires women' because he 'prefers a woman's attention to detail' and I was replacing a woman on the job, and in turn was replaced by her sister as if it was planned from the beginning and I was just used as a filler to appease investor's anxieties
