Not many technical questions. Mostly wanted to know about any non-profit skills and experience as well as sales experience.
The most unexpected thing was the Case Study, I have never done that before during the interview process. I was walking a line between giving enough info to answer their challenges without giving them every detail.
Just asked did I have any previous property management experience.
