4,513 community manager interview questions shared by candidates

The e-mail question, phone interview, and in-person interview were very basic behavioral questions. A lot of "Describe a time.." questions or "Can you expand on...". The assignment was poorly written on their end. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where they derived this very unconventional and long interview process, but typically an assignment is given before the in-person interview in order to filter out candidates who would take up the valuable of the time of the employees . In the interview, there was no structure. I felt like I was having a conversation with two very tired individuals and the answers to my questions for them were really poor. It was clear that the interviewers had few to no experiences interviewing a candidate.
