They are looking for a "sales" type person for this position even though they don't tell you that

All questions were related to the position I had applied for and my experiences. They do want to know what you can do for them. Which is fair. It was all marketing and sales related questions.

How would I handle a person with advanced dementia who became angry?
To watch a video and create a case study based on as well as review their website and suggest changes you would make if you had the position. This seemed like they weren't really interviewing people but instead collecting information to use for their own use. After all of the compliments and excitement about me reaching the 4th step, and scheduling my final interview. They suddenly told me they had decided to fill the position from within. Their website never updated this.
