They make you do a writing assignment during the interview that asks you what you believe the job is. Which I find funny the Mount Prospect location doesn't have you do. So much for HR making all the interviews somewhat the same.
I was asked to describe a time when I did something that made everyone else's job easier (like found a computer shortcut, created a macro, wrote a manual, etc.).

I hope I am understanding this correctly…Not a question, but just wanted to say that Swissquote is an incredible organisation and the interview process was very thorough and targeted to the role. Many layers of interviews that tested the applicant’s theoretical and real world knowledge. Very impressed with the overall process that was followed.
