During an interview for this position expect to be asked about how you would handle certain situations dealing with dissatisfied, disgruntled, or angry customers. No educational requirements are necessary, but a background in customer service and communication is highly valued."
In total they ask you about your job and specific duties you have done. in overall, for each interview is completly different. questions like, how good are you solving problems, what is the most difficult challenge you have faced. and more in deep about your job experience. you have to teach a lesson class, demo class, 15 minutes long, and you meet the coorporates as well.
