What is your usual project workload?
Questions were straight forward and to the point. There were not any of the ridiculous "if you were an animal what would you be" questions. We discussed the position, my experience and leadership style. Everything was relevant to the program and position.
What is a customer need which they haven’t thought about yet but you had thought ahead and implemented?
They are all "Tell me about a time" questions.
When was a time that you disagreed with your manager and how did you react?
