We focused primarily on matching my job skills and work/life experiences that would match to the job requirements. I would rather decline listing specific questions.
How many jobs did you oversee in renovation
No unexpected or trick questions
Why can the people be interw but the person who is going to be your boss not to a human resourse person that do not know about the field work or managerial work that the person is going to be involve in it, i think is a shame and a waste of money and a loose of potential cadidates when the human resource people only look for titles and not for the expierence y desiere of a working people.
What are you gonna do if you read a document that you dont understand?
If i was competent at the position
General project scope and budgets on previous jobs. Also was asked about preferences in type of interior work and how strong MEP and finish skills were. Very typical questions that were easy to answer.
