the most inportant if i want to do a carreer with the company which it did but do to personal problems i had to leave, feel confortable being transfer to ane place whitch it is good because you related with different type of people, family type of person that will be part of the company structure etc.

Past project experience and SOW of recent projects. Many scenario based questions pertaining to management style, working with COR reps, meeting schedules and keeping the project budgets. Had worked on previous projects with PM and his recommendation was most important.

I was asked "Can you begin tomorrow?" When I replied that I would need 10 days before I could start work, the interviewer stated that I clearly could never fit into their work culture if I could not make that kind of sacrifice. She said that I just didn't have the attitude they were looking for.
