I ran the director through a presentation analysis of what I thought was currently working, what could use improvement, and what my own best practices are around social media and community building in edtech. I think it was an effective way of showing deeper insight into my personal work style and overall thought process. I would recommend anyone interviewing for the role to create something similar - it's a helpful exercise in general for anyone in marketing, and even if you don't end up here this kind of presentation template is great to have in your back pocket!
