Content Manager Interview Questions

I had two interviews. The preliminary interview was with HR, it was for half an hour. The second round was with Senior Brand and Content Strategist. The third round was writing assignment. Both the interviews had clear purpose. The HR asked about my communication skills, how I managed multiple stakeholder in my previous role, What i would do if multiple clients ask me to do things in a short span of time etc, She asked salary requirements and visa requiremnts as well. The second round was more enjoyable. The interviewer unnerved me and made me feel comfortable. She asked me questions about my previous role and what I did. She asked about writing process and how important is to have knowledge about tech and what is my take on that. Went on to ask me about my previous experience in writing. She explained every question I asked in detail, went on to say really great things about her team mates, difficult moments in the role and how they roll in their team. She makes me want to work for her. Such positive vibe was there for that interview. The only typical question was where do I see myself in 5 years. For the writing assignment I was asked to indentify target audience for one of their portfolio company. Topics for the target audience. Then a 300 word abstract for a blog with CTA and a social media post on the same topic and image suggestion for both.
