Contract Manager Interviews
Contract Manager Interview Questions
"If you are applying for an entry-level position in contract management, your employer will be mostly concerned with your ability to handle clerical tasks and assist upper management in evaluating contract agreements, so you can expect the interview to be comprised of basic questions to assess your work ethic. The interview for an upper-level contract management position will better evaluate your ability to negotiate contract details and develop policies, so prepare to answer questions about your knowledge of contract law and company policies."

Q: Give me your history in this line of work.
When can you start the job?
Very basic contract questions. I was given a "test" contract. The pages were poorly photocopied and all crooked and out of order. Left me in a boardroom. Shabby treatment.
Can you travel extensively throughout the US?
What should I remember about you
Looking at this ad (youtube ad for Thompson travels) - who do you think the target audience is? If we were to change the target audience to X, how would you change the ad?
Went through 4-5 rounds of interviews for two different roles. All questions were typical, nothing too hard. The most challenging question wasn't a question at all. They offered me one of the roles, then ghosted me completely. Never heard one word from anyone again,.. after being offered the job. So bizarre. So, I suppose the hardest question was "do you want the job that we are offering you but aren't actually offering you?" Can honestly say I have never heard of this happening before.
Tell us a time when you had to change someone's perspective of you and how did you do it?
Not dificult but where do yourself in the next five years...in today's life style you really can't say
