I declined the one-way video interview. If the company cannot be bothered to call or do a two-way video, then that is not a company that cares about incoming talent.
It was a 30 minute one-sided conversation. I was told I might have "too much experience". Huh? Read all over LinkedIn, that is typically from management who are not good at their jobs and by the way...there is no such thing as "too much experience"

Behavioral questions based on Amazon Leadership Principles. Each interviewer is given 2 LPs and they ask 2-3 questions based on each LP. For example, for "Disagree & Commit" LP, you would be asked to tell them about a time where you had to disagree with your manager or a colleague and how you resolved it.

There were a series of questions, covering both technical experience, personality, and career goals. It was a very personalized and thorough interview process. There was a written evaluation which was very well put together and related to the day-to-day requirements of the role.
