Was given a paper with testing question. Was asked to draw on the whiteboard the class design chart. During drawing, was asked many technical questions such as why use this class not that class. What is the performance difference etc.

To unscramble a sentence or how would you say such and such to the customer. The interview was easy. Just pay close attention to what the question is asking because you only get one chance. If you fail the voice assessment, you can not proceed with the opportunity regardless of how many degrees, skill set or other credentials you may have. No real questions of substance with TEK. TEK is an 8A machine in essence and really gave me the impression they would not make a hire unless I was a "brotha." (This is the government side of TEK.) Fortunately they submitted me to the client and as I said above the hire was made less a face-to-face interview.
