Since my background wasn't technical, they asked about my willingness/ability to learn IT basics on the job.
1. Technical questions are based on what you have written in your resume
How much customer service experience did I have.
Have you been in a situation where you thought too much was asked of you? How did you handle it?
2nd Interviewer asked why "most of my work history was 8 months long" I have done contract IT PC work for 10 years at many Fortune 500 companies. Have always fulfilled all of my contracts, usually 1-2 years except 2 that were 8 months because the project was cancelled. I have also been an employee for 7 years, 5 years and 4 years at various companies but those were beyond the 10 cap I put on my resume to prevent age discrimination.
