One question that stood out was "What's the maximum amount of times an employee should miss work?" I feel like this may have been a trick question. Ideally, it should be zero, but in reality, emergencies happen and they do allow up to so many call-ins a year (can't remember how many), but say two or less for absolute emergencies.
