The "interview" process was never made clear, the Exec Director initially said she wanted to have an informal chat and expected me to be available at an hour's notice. Despite my asking for clarification of the purpose of the telephone meeting (an actual interview or exploartory chat?) she irgnored my requests and later told me "Oh, I'm so busy I didn't even read your email". She then launched into a series of actual, formal interview questions. The whole thing was not kosher.
